The disciple simply burns his boats and goes ahead. He is called out... The old life is left behind, and completely surrendered. The disciple is dragged out of his relative security into a life of absolute insecurity... out of the realm of the finite...into the realm of infinite possibilities. Dietrich Bonhoeffer

About us:

Kevin and Linda are originally east coasters from Pennsylvania and New Jersey respectively. After college, corporate America brought us to San Diego California. Having an affection for being closer to nature, farming and entrepreneurship, they acquired an existing vineyard in Paso Robles and never looked back. Learning about vineyard farming from the most sought out leaders throughout the Central Coast is what led to our name. "We love learning from various world class viticulturists, each with unique sustainable farming techniques; then giving back through teaching industry peers".
The soils on the estate range from calcareous, shale, and clay loams which provide ideal growing conditions. The soil types, similar to the Bordeaux growing region and fluctuations in high and low temperatures through multiple canyon funnels, channeling cool air through the vineyard each evening, are some of the reasons that viticulturist, Phillip Doub, (one the founders for the Ca Poly Viticulturist Program) sought to establish the estate years ago.
In addition to our microclimates and calcareous soils, we also practice organic and sustainable farming and yield control through canopy and irrigation management for intense and balanced wines.

What our customers write about us.

"We tasted through our 2023 and 2024 wines from your property today, and everything is next-level. The phenolic mouthfeel and tannin structure you’re achieving in the fruit, even without oak barrels, is truly impressive. The wines have a lush fruit character layered with that unmistakable chalky minerality, a direct reflection of the Calcareous limestone in your vineyard. It’s incredible – the wines almost taste like pure terroir, and that mineral-driven profile really shines through.
The natural tannins, phenolics, and chalky notes from your site allow us to create wines that can stand on their own without new oak aging. Working with fruit from your vineyard over the last few years has given us some dark, complex wines with that perfect balance of lush fruit and mineral depth. I recently tasted a 1982 vintage from Gary Eberle that still felt fresh, and I believe your wines will have that same age-worthy quality. The balance in your fruit speaks volumes. Thank you for helping us build our brand with such exceptional fruit."
